Services

The Community Clinic is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality, lowest possible cost medical care. We are 100% funded by donations, grants, small businesses and fundraisers. So even though our services are FREE, we ask for a $10.00 donation to help keep them that way.

Adult General Medicine

Volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants provide general medical care to Clinic patients, including pulmonology, cardiology, and gynecological services.

Adult Dental Services

Adult dental services are provided on an appointment only basis. Services include evaluation, extraction and dental cleanings only.

Adult Counseling Services

Cognitive based therapy is provided by appointment only for patients that have been referred through our primary care services. The clinic provides group cooking classes and a fitness empowerment program for patients.

Flu Shot Outreach

The Community Clinic of Southwest Missouri and Patterson Family Foundation have partnered to provide flu vaccines throughout southwest Missouri and southeast Kansas at no cost to the patient.

Patient Advocate

A social worker is available to provide patient advocacy services including prescription assistance, coordinating additional health services with area providers, and referrals for area social services programs.

Patient Empowerment Program

Come join us in our kitchen and we will provide you with the food to cook a healthy meal at home in your kitchen. Changing nutritional habits can change health outcomes for generations to come.

Patient Navigator Services

Our patient navigator services provide a source of support and guidance; helping you navigate the health care system and resources available to help you optimize your overall health and well-being.
