Services

The Community Clinic is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality, lowest possible cost medical care. We are 100% funded by donations, grants, small businesses and fundraisers. So even though our services are FREE, we ask for a $10.00 donation to help keep them that way.

Medical

Volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners, and pediatricians provide general medical care to Clinic patients.

Dental

Adult dental extractions and pediatric dental sealants are provided on an appointment basis.

Counseling

Mental health is a huge part of why people don’t take care of their physical health. Start taking care of your entire self.

Flu Shot Outreach

Community Clinic of Southwest Missouri and Anthem have partnered up to provide flu shots around the area.

Patient Advocate

Community Clinic of Southwest Missouri offers a patient advocate to assist you with prescriptions, vision needs, and referrals for additional services that may be beneficial to you.
