Community Clinic is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality, lowest possible cost medical care. We are 100% funded by donations, grants, small businesses and fundraisers so even though our services are FREE, we request a $10.00 donation to help keep them that way.
Prescription Assistance
This is an income based program applied through the Community Clinic for help with medication costs.
Vision
This is for the uninsured who are in need of prescription glasses to correct their vision. Program funds are limited.
Referral Service
Our social workers advocate for our patients including finding and processing patient referrals for specialty care.
