The Community Clinic is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality, lowest possible cost medical care. We are 100% funded by donations, grants, small businesses and fundraisers. So even though our services are FREE, we ask for a $10.00 donation to help keep them that way.
If you are uninsured and need healthcare, apply to be a new patient through the Community Clinic patient portal. You will be contacted within 3 business days regarding your request. If you need care urgently, call 417-624-5500.
