Make an Impact

Make an Impact in the lives of our neighbors in need!
Every donation helps to change the life of a person struggling with significant healthcare issues.

Last year, the Community Clinic provided charitable care to 4062 individuals without access to healthcare from southwest Missouri and southeast Kansas. These individuals are the working poor—they make too much money for Missouri Medicaid but they cannot afford marketplace insurance. The Clinic receives no direct government funding to meet the needs in our community—we rely on the benevolence of individuals, businesses, and churches to support our mission.

See the Impact

The Clinic provides the Show Me Healthy Woman breast and cervical cancer screening program. Through this program, we have screened over 100 women and have identified six women with cancer, all of whom have either successfully completed treatment or are in treatment. During a routine exam last year, Alyse was diagnosed with cervical cancer. Had it not been for the Clinic, she would not have been diagnosed and would not have received treatment. Alyse recently completed her cancer treatment and is now cancer free!

THANK YOU!

At the Clinic, we provide primary care, specialty care, mental health counseling, dental care, pharmaceuticals, lab services, and patient navigation. We do all of this on a budget of just over $1,000,000. However, if the Community Clinic was not available to meet the needs of the uninsured in our area, the cost to area hospitals and clinics would be approximately $15,208,133! That is a huge savings for our community!
